Terms & Conditions. 

1. We guarantee the condition of item EXCEPT for minor stains / non-visible defects. If the defect on item is major and not stated in description, we will refund the full amount to you. What amounts to MAJOR DEFECT is up to our discretion. Minor tear and bobbling is not guaranteed. 

2. Only items with MAJOR DEFECT will be refunded. Items with MINOR STAINS / NON-VISIBLE DEFECTS (tear/pull) will not be refunded. Please note that this is a pre-order item and we are not able to to do QC from our end prior to your purchase. 

3. Stock is very limited and is dependant on availability of UK stock. If the stock runs out after payment is made, we will inform you and refund accordingly. 

Syarat Pembelian: 

1. Kami memberi jaminan terhadap barangan yang dibeli KECUALI untuk kotoran kecil dan kerosakan kecil. Koyakan kecil dan berbulu halus tidak dijamin. 

2. Sekiranya barangan mempunyai kerosakan yang besar dan jelas, kami akan memulangkan semula wang anda. Contoh kerosakan besar: koyakan yang jelas, lusuh. 

3. Barangan yang dibeli adalah pre-order dari UK. Kami tidak dapat membuat QC sebelum pembelian. 

4. Stok adalah terhad dan bergantung kepada stok dari UK. Sekiranya selepas pembayaran, stock habis, kami akan inform dan bagi full refund.
