📌 Payment Within 24 Hours – Items ordered during live sessions must be paid in full within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation, and the items will be released for sale.
📌 No Deposits for Live Orders – We no longer accept deposits for live purchases as we now offer Atome and SPayLater for flexible payments.
📌 Joybuyers Policy – If you joybuy and fail to complete your purchase, you will no longer be allowed to shop from live sessions. However, you may continue to shop on our website.
📌 Full Invoice Payment Required – To receive your items, you must pay the full amount stated on your invoice.
- If you have made a partial payment, you cannot cancel any items from your order.
- If you fail to settle the full invoice, your deposit will be forfeited, and we will not ship any items from your order.
